2 – Your simple and flexible cancellation policy

LOCKDOWN = REFUND
Book before 16 June 2022, we offer you our RESA ZEN guarantee:
If you cancel due to a NATIONAL, REGIONAL lockdown your deposit or full payment will be automatically refunded. The RESA ZEN guarantee is offered for all bookings before 30 June 2022 (retroactive offer!) and applies in the event that you cannot come to the campsite or the campsite cannot accommodate you due to a regional or national lockdown. If you book after 30 June 2022, our general terms and conditions apply.
If you cancel due to an individual illness (including Covid), there are 2 possible situations:
You have taken out insurance: our insurer Gritchen will reimburse your stay according to its cancellation guarantees.
You have not taken out insurance: our General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.
